We had booked a stay and play package for this upcoming weekend. I spoke to staff on the phone twice while booking and no mention was made of the package needing to be paid in full prior to us attending or their cancelation policy being a gift card instead of a refund. My credit card was just to hold the room. Once seeing the forecast was 9 and rain for this upcoming weekend I called Monday afternoon and canceled the package for Sat night. I woke up today to see that they charged me for the stay. I have never had this issue/policy with any hotel or stay and play package. Very disappointed
I enjoyed my stay every time during the year of training at the local college. Great room, great location for a great price! Amazing staff always makes a feeling of home away from home my cousins!
Clean, convenient, and excellent staff
Second time at this hotel. I don't remember the beds being so uncomfortable. I didn't see any signage where the vending/ice machines were located in the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is in desperate need of protein. It was carb filled with bagels, bread, waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Only protein option were hard boiled eggs. The parking is terrible in the evening. It's jam packed and people create their own spots making it difficult to get out when a person parks normal. The staff was incredibly nice. All in all, decent stay.
This is a great hotel! Clean and modern rooms. Good variety continental breakfast included I travel for work and pleasure and I won't stay anywhere else.
